What's the difference between an original and a non-original part?
An original part comes from the device manufacturer and carries a 12-month warranty. A non-original part is more affordable and carries a 3-month warranty. We always explain this before starting. This warranty is in addition to your rights as a consumer.
Can my device be repaired the same day?
In many cases yes, once the right part is in stock. We confirm the expected time when you visit or book a repair.
Do you also work with Samsung, other Android devices or tablets?
Absolutely. Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets, Google Pixel and OnePlus have fixed prices per model on our price pages. For other brands and devices we give a tailored quote via WhatsApp, phone or the contact form.
