Our story
RepairPhoneBelgium brings over 20 years of repair experience to smartphones, tablets, computers and consoles. In that time we've completed more than 5,000 repairs — from a simple battery replacement to complex water damage. Our workshop is in Harelbeke and customers come to us from all over Belgium. Our approach is simple: fair prices, clear explanations and fast service.

For every repair, we clearly explain the difference between an original and a non-original part, including price and warranty, before we start. That way, you choose what suits you best.

Where our customers come from
Our workshop is in Harelbeke (Marktstraat 20). Customers regularly travel from Kortrijk, Waregem, Kuurne, Deerlijk, Zwevegem and nearby towns — and from elsewhere in Belgium. We work by appointment: call or WhatsApp first so we know whether your repair can be done the same day.

Message us on WhatsApp, call, or book an appointment. A photo of the damage is usually enough for us to give you a price.

We confirm the price
You get a fixed price and an expected turnaround before we touch the device. Nothing starts without your go-ahead.

We do the repair
Most repairs are finished the same day once the part is in stock. You choose an original or a non-original part.

You test it with us
We check the device with you at the counter before you pay, and every repair carries warranty on the part we fitted.
